今年在法蘭克福舉辦的ACHEMA展會上,OSNA-Pumpen股份有限公司首次展出NMH/NMV系列新品泵。這一系列的泵產(chǎn)品是以前MH/MV系列產(chǎn)品的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。
這一系列包括帶有閉合徑向葉輪的耐磨損水平或豎直多級離心泵。性能指標(biāo)從DN32到DN80的排放管道可達(dá)到最大流量220m³/h,最大揚(yáng)程400米。密封壓縮包裝的最高液體溫度為110攝氏度,對機(jī)械密封的最高可達(dá)140攝氏度。利用不同的葉輪直徑,泵能夠調(diào)整到最佳的操作點(diǎn)。正是由于這一點(diǎn),高效率也可以減少運(yùn)行成本。
目前,我們用鑄鐵和青銅作為材料。以后,計劃用正在研制的鑄鋼和不銹鋼來替代,還要啟用DN80以上的排放管道。不銹鋼的葉輪已經(jīng)投入市場。這一新型泵的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是在液體區(qū)域不再有定位環(huán)。
這些泵產(chǎn)品采用彈性連接,并使用IEC電動機(jī)驅(qū)動。臥式泵則可能會采用柴油或者渦輪發(fā)動機(jī)。
這些新一代的NMH/NMV泵具備先前MH/MV系列泵所有的各項(xiàng)性能,并且可以與之替換。
通過一貫的品質(zhì)和價格,這一泵系列產(chǎn)品的市場競爭能力將會有相當(dāng)?shù)奶岣摺?
New Series of High-Pressure Pumps
During this year’s ACHEMA in Frankfurt/Main, OSNA-Pumpen GmbH presented the new pump series NMH/NMV for the first time. This pump series is a further development of the former MH/MV series.
This series contains robust abrasion-proof horizontal or vertical multistage centrifugal pumps with closed radial impellers. The performance range comprises a maximum capacity of 220 m³/h and a maximum head of 400 m in nominal sizes of discharge branches from DN 32 to DN 80. The maximum liquid temperature for the version with gland packing is 110 °C and 140 °C for the version with mechanical seal. By use of different impeller diameters the pumps can be optimally adjusted to the operation point. Because of this the operating costs can be reduced by high efficiency.
At present, we are using materials like cast iron and bronze. But the version in cast steel and stainless steel is in the planning, as well as the extension with a discharge branch > DN 80. Impellers in stainless steel are already available. The advantage of this new pump range is that there are no retaining rings in the area of the liquid.
The pumps are elastically coupled and driven by IEC-electric motors. Regarding the horizontal pump also a drive with diesel engine or turbine is possible.
These new NMH/NMV pumps are identical regarding the performance and replaceable regarding the dimensions with the former pump series MH/MV.
Through a consistent quality and cost management OSNA-Pumpen GmbH was able to improve the competitiveness of this pump series considerably.
